SalaryBerry recruitment are currently looking to recruit on behalf of our well established and busy client, a sales manager starting asap in Essex.
Ideal candidate will be involved in managing customer accounts, building new customer associations as well as expanding existing customer relationships. You will analyse past and existing customer orders to identify and seek more sales opportunities.
Candidates will also work with the technical team to assist in the launch of new and improved products, as well as work with the marketing team to improve our online and social media presence.
Our client is offering on going training and you will learn full product range and introduce new ideas.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience. Additional commercial and/or management experience would be beneficial.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills, always keeping the customer's satisfaction in their focus.
- Must be pro-active and able to multi-task within a busy working environment.
- Highly literate and numerate
- Computer literate, with some experience in social media
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, self-motivation, and enthusiasm are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to plan and organise own workload.
- Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout.
- Have excellent level of spoken & written English.
- Own vehicle and full driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel and attend exhibitions throughout the calendar year, for up to 10 days at any one time.
Position: Full time, Permanent, non-remote working.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5:00pm.
