Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Global Marketing team here at our Head Office in South Shields in a 3 month fixed-term contract. This role will provide analytical support leading up to and during our key launch period.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in management of the B2B website NuOrder. This is our global sales platform to showcase seasonal product collections. Assist in collation and upload of data into the site and build out using seasonal campaign imagery and videos.
- Using NuOrder to build the seasonal range directories for the sales teams.
- Sample Coordination to support critical launch period.
- Support in management of the global marketing assets excel document that holds all product information.
- Sales analysis from regional sales order information and provide marketing teams with vital data and insights.
- Undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management.
Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge and skillset in Excel.
- Demonstrates high standards of attention to detail
- Information Technology including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Able to work by self along with good team working skills
- Uses time effectively - works on high priority actions first
