Sales & Marketing Director

Stephen James Consulting are representing a developing elderly care provider in the search for a Sales & Marketing Director.

This newly created role will lead the marketing and sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive occupancy, increase average weekly fees, enhance brand visibility, and help ensure the long-term success. 

Key Responsibilities:

        Strategic Planning

•  Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with the business objectives.
• Work closely with the leadership team to set annual goals and objectives, providing regular updates on progress and KPIs.
  Brand Development
   
• Oversee the development and implementation of branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Maintain and enhance the positive brand image of the care provider. 
• Oversee the monitoring and responses to online reviews and feedback.
  Digital
   
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
• Ensure all digital campaigns are reviewed and effectiveness is measured.
  Leadership 
   
•  Lead and he sales and marketing teams ensuring there is always alignment between marketing and sales activities.
• Train and develop the sales and marketing teams to ensuring they are kept updated with industry trends and best practice.

To be considered for this role of Sales & Marketing Director you will need the following experience:

• Degree level qualification in marketing 
   
• We are looking for a dynamic, ideas-orientated individual with extensive experience of running commercial functions of a healthcare or senior living business.
   
• The individual will need the leadership experience which engages and develops teams, along with coordinating and driving a cohesive, customer-centric growth strategy for the business.
   
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
   
• Lead relationships with external suppliers across media, creative and digital agencies.
   
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies that deliver results.
