I am working with a B2B Digital Marketing Agency who are seeking a new Client Marketing Director to join their expanding team.
They specialise in lead generation growth marketing for law firms, lawyers, legal tech, and professional services businesses.
The agency is data driven, allowing them to report on performance and plan activity with accuracy.

Salary - £50,000-£60,000 DOE
Reporting to - Business Unit, Managing Director
The main purpose of this role is to lead the strategizing, planning, communications, reporting and growth initiatives of your client accounts.
The Client Marketing Manager/Director will develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business and marketing goals and translate them into focused KPI objectives. It is imperative that the Client Marketing Manager/Director builds key relationships within clients' businesses to drive initiatives and performance.
This role will work closely with colleagues and partner agency teams to ensure that measurable performance is delivered to the client.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a credible, trusted partner and advisor to your clients, working with them to plan, forecast, and implement digital campaigns.
- Develop and define our client's digital media strategies for:
- Monthly and Annual Planning
- Campaigns
- Always On
- Tactical
- A deep understanding of growth marketing within the B2B sector
- Present the digital strategy to the client in collaboration with the channel lead and/or partner agency.
- Ability to set KPIs in accordance with industry benchmarks aligned to client budgets and their needs.
- Research on consumer insights.
- Able to plan and execute with small to large media budgets.
- Enable delivery of forecasting and performance reporting
- Interrogate data, campaign results, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might lead to a lack of performance.
- Coordinate the preparation of immaculate client-facing presentations to deliver your strategies in a way which is clear and compelling to the client.
- Maintain the agency's high client retention rate by developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of your clients' sectors and market trends, thus positioning Faben as an expert in the area
Qualifications & Skill requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in agency and/or in-house digital marketing manager/director or similar position
- Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing and the key digital channels and their challenges - SEO, PPC, Display, Social, Web, Content and Creative in particular
- Advanced report writing, data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Impeccable project management skills
- Skilled at prioritising and managing both your own and your team's time across multiple clients in a fast-paced working environment.
- Credible leadership skills, capable of motivating agency teams and promoting the trust of our clients
- Extensive knowledge of digital paid media, reporting and strategies
- Experience managing creative & content teams and outputs.
- Experience managing SEO outputs and strategies.
- Good knowledge of digital analytics and associated tools
- A firm understanding of e-commerce and the challenges particular to online retail.
- Advanced Excel skills, with a focus on data analysis and commercial forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem-solving and creative thinking.
