Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest growing events company who are actively recruiting for a Client Support Executive to join their business.
They are looking for someone who is bubbly with an outgoing personality who is looking for a client facing role with the ability to build and retain strong relationships with all clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement processes related to booking and confirming clients at events.
- Take ownership of the onboarding process and offer high quality onboarding calls for all Clients
- Liaise with clients pre and post events by different methods by telephone and messaging.
- Deliver a high quality service at all times to go above and beyond client expectations.
- Handling inbound enquiries by telephone, email or message.
- Assisting the company with any operational duties.
- Attending events to assist in the operation where required.
