About the Marketing Agency:
An award-winning and B Corp certified full-service creative agency are seeking an Account Manager to join their collaborative team. The agencies client portfolio spans Travel and Food and Beverage industries, working closely with these recognisable brands to produce impactful work. This role will be predominantly managing a global 5-star Airline client across the EMEA region, amongst ad-hoc work on other accounts.
About the Account Manager role:
Reporting into the Client Services Director and working on integrated/360 marketing campaigns, the Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building strong relationships, and understanding their business objectives and needs
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns, on-time and within budget
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively
- Support on managing account budgets whilst identifying opportunities for growth
About you as the Account Manager:
- Integrated/multi-channel marketing experience
- Agency side experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Budget management skills
- Project management skills
