Location: Waltham Abbey, Essex
Hours: 8-5pm Monday - Friday
Salary: Competitive salary with achievable OTE
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Telesales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the telesales department, including managing a team of telesales representatives, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
* Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
* Train new candidates and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as External Sales team to optimise sales processes and enhance the customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the company
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.
* Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints as needed.
* Manages regular reviews on progress against plan/target and build clear action
Requirements:
* Previous experience in motivating and leading a team.
* Proven track record of success in adhering to Targets and KPI's
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Great mathematical skills
Experience:
Experience in FMCG would be advantageous but not necessary.
