Client Service Coordinator

Adecco are proud to be working with a company who are seeking aClient Service Coordinatorto join their expanding team.

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 p/a

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Location: Basildon

Duties:

• Answering the phones and responding to emails
• Ensuring clients are kept up to date on progress of orders
• Complaint handling
• Updating the sales order systems & Excel spreadsheets
• Ensuring projects are inline with SLAs

Skills:

• Project management and Organisational skills
• Knowledge of Excel
• Strong administration and communication skills
• Excellent of attention to detail
