I am working with a B2B Digital Marketing Agency who are seeking a new Client Marketing Director to join their expanding team.

n

They specialise in lead generation growth marketing for law firms, lawyers, legal tech, and professional services businesses.

n

The agency is data driven, allowing them to report on performance and plan activity with accuracy.

n

Hybrid working - Essex working space

n

Salary - £50,000-£60,000 DOE

n

Reporting to - Business Unit, Managing Director

n

The main purpose of this role is to lead the strategizing, planning, communications, reporting and growth initiatives of your client accounts.

n

The Client Marketing Manager/Director will develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business and marketing goals and translate them into focused KPI objectives. It is imperative that the Client Marketing Manager/Director builds key relationships within clients' businesses to drive initiatives and performance.

n

This role will work closely with colleagues and partner agency teams to ensure that measurable performance is delivered to the client.

Role & Responsibilities:

    n
  • Serve as a credible, trusted partner and advisor to your clients, working with them to plan, forecast, and implement digital campaigns.
  • n
  • Develop and define our client's digital media strategies for: n
      n
    • Monthly and Annual Planning
    • n
    • Campaigns
    • n
    • Always On
    • n
    • Tactical
    • n
    n
  • n
  • A deep understanding of growth marketing within the B2B sector
  • n
  • Present the digital strategy to the client in collaboration with the channel lead and/or partner agency.
  • n
  • Ability to set KPIs in accordance with industry benchmarks aligned to client budgets and their needs.
  • n
  • Research on consumer insights.
  • n
  • Able to plan and execute with small to large media budgets.
  • n
  • Enable delivery of forecasting and performance reporting
  • n
  • Interrogate data, campaign results, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might lead to a lack of performance.
  • n
  • Coordinate the preparation of immaculate client-facing presentations to deliver your strategies in a way which is clear and compelling to the client.
  • n
  • Maintain the agency's high client retention rate by developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
  • n
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of your clients' sectors and market trends, thus positioning Faben as an expert in the area
  • n

Qualifications & Skill requirements:

n
    n
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in agency and/or in-house digital marketing manager/director or similar position
  • n
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing and the key digital channels and their challenges - SEO, PPC, Display, Social, Web, Content and Creative in particular
  • n
  • Advanced report writing, data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • n
  • Impeccable project management skills
  • n
  • Skilled at prioritising and managing both your own and your team's time across multiple clients in a fast-paced working environment.
  • n
  • Credible leadership skills, capable of motivating agency teams and promoting the trust of our clients
  • n
  • Extensive knowledge of digital paid media, reporting and strategies
  • n
  • Experience managing creative & content teams and outputs.
  • n
  • Experience managing SEO outputs and strategies.
  • n
  • Good knowledge of digital analytics and associated tools
  • n
  • A firm understanding of e-commerce and the challenges particular to online retail.
  • n
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a focus on data analysis and commercial forecasting
  • n
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • n
  • A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem-solving and creative thinking.
  • n
  • Brilliant networking skills, confidence in developing new relationships
  • n
