Sales & Marketing Executive - Manderin Speaking

We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our brand new BYD store in West London. Must be fluent in Mandarin.

Hours 40

Salary- £30,000

You will be:

• Working together with our West London based Sales Team.
• Attending and Supporting with on-site and external events.
• Effectively utilising social platforms to increase brand exposure and promote community growth.
• Engaging with Customers and Supporting the Sales Assistants.
• You will be an expert in designing the customer journey.

You will have:

• Creative experience of delivering outstanding customer services.
• A natural affinity for building relationships with new customers and visitors.
• A great knowledge of the BYD products to ensure that the customer has a full understanding of their vehicle and its systems.
• Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) in both Mandarin and English
