Sales & Marketing Territory Manager – On Trade Reading/Oxford/Guildford £30,000 - £36,000 Basic Salary Bonus up to 20% Company Car Pension Healthcare Phone Allowance Background: This business really does have it all! Founded in 1987 in Europe, these guys have seen significant growth ever since then and now hold a market share of 38% in the soft drinks category. They are one of the top 10 FMCG brands in the UK. The inspiration came from the APAC region where it became popular amongst workmen. In 1984 the popular product was then co-founded in Europe and ever since then these guys have not looked back becoming one of the most talked about and drink brands internationally. Culturally, these guys live and breathe their brand, in fact you can feel the passion oozing out of them when you get them talking about their product. With sport events, sport sponsorships and festivals you’ll feel part of this great team and love coming to work every day. Opportunity: This is not your average Territory Sales Manager role; it’s about building the brand and creating lasting relationships that ultimately help grow the business. It may be a big responsibility, but the right person will see this as an exciting chance to make a name for themselves in the industry, you’ll continuously develop your career, so ambition means you could progress very fast. This role will see you out in the field, building relationships with key accounts, bringing the brand to life and being a key decision maker for the business. You: We want someone who knows the market in either Oxford or Reading and has a real passion for the Out of Home channel. This role is not for the faint hearted, these guys expect a lot and the stakes are high. These are the musts: You’ll ooze huge amounts of passion for the brand. Have strong negotiation skills – able to land new listings and win new accounts on a regular basis. Imperative to have excellent communication skills as you’ll be liaising with clients daily. You’re a fun and bubbly person. Able to identify and make the most of new business opportunities within your incumbent account base.
