Sales Negotiator - Westbury-on-Trym
Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency in Westbury-on-Trym. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of an industrious sales team. Our client has a multitude of offices around Bristol, and is keen to offer each of their candidates opportunities for continuous professional development.
Sales Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Liaising effectively with both applicants and vendors
- Negotiating offers on behalf of clients
- Assisting in the process of bringing properties to market
Sales Negotiator Essential Skills and Qualities:
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to own car
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential
Sales Negotiator Benefits:
- Basic salary of £24,500 with a realistic uncapped OTE of £30,000 (including team pooled commission)

Sales Negotiator Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Every other Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with a day off in lieu)
Location: Westbury-on-Trym
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)
