Are you a results-oriented, highly motivated person who has a love for negotiating and closing deals?
I am are currently seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join an accomplished and high performing sales team in Hyde Park.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings to determine accurate market prices.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property sellers and buyers.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreeable terms.
Key Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role in the real estate industry.
* Knowledge of the London property market
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
* A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits.
* Minimum of a years experience.
