SalaryREED Recruitment in Bath is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join an established company with a beautiful office in Bath. This company combines valuable local knowledge with a Southwest coverage.
The successful Sales Negotiator will have a genuine hunger to work in sales and build relationships, be enthusiastic and tenacious with real drive.
Full time, office based.
£25,000 + (OTE £50-60K in first year)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Learning the intricacies of negotiation, client relations and sales processes, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to business growth.
- Assisting Senior Negotiators in managing client relationships
- Participating in client meetings and sales presentations
- Conducting market research to support negotiations
- Preparing and updating sales materials and proposals
- Handling inquiries from clients and potential customers
- Supporting the negotiation process by preparing offers and counter offers
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions
- Learning and adhering to industry regulations and best practices
- Providing unrivalled customer service
About you:
- A strong interest in sales and client management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
