My client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to the property market. They are one of the longest established firms in the West Country with an enviable reputation. They operate a supportive culture and they are expanding their estate agency team further.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to work on a full time, 6 month FTC basis, based in Yeovil. The hours of work are Monday –Friday 8.45am-5.30pm and every other Saturday 9am – 1pm. The salary is highly competitive depending on experience. Due to the nature of this role, access to a car will be essential.

- Highly organised and efficient approach
- Professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Driver’s license / Access to own vehicle
