SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Banstead, SM7

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent - Sales Negotiatorto join a well-known Independent Estate Agency based in the Banstead area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Property Sales and will also need to be persuasive, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain business relationships with the clients.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience in residential sales
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Banstead area helpful
• Full UK Driving License (own car preferred)
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
