Location: Cobham, KT11

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a high-profile and highly regarded local, independent Estate Agency with very smart offices in the Cobham area and they are looking for a Sales Negotiator/ Senior Sales Negotiator.

The opportunity to join this market leading company will appeal to a candidate who is a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property.

Previous experience and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market are essential requirements and a candidate who lives locally and has a comprehensive knowledge of Cobham and the surrounding area will be given preferential consideration.

You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced dynamic environment. 

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator/ Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous residential sales / Estate Agency experience essential

• Excellent sales ability
• Ability to deal with prime property
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Cobham area exceptionally helpful
• Full UK Driving License and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
