An opening has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator at our clients independent firm of Estate Agents in Farnham.
Viewed as a market leader who excel in customer service, the branch has seen significant growth over the last few years and, as a direct result, require a Senior Negotiator to join the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years experience in the industry.
- Residency in the local area.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and estate agency software systems.
- Ownership of a car.
- Professional, articulate, with keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Registering and attending to applicant needs.
- Conducting and executing sales valuations.
- Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating sales among involved parties.
- Liaising with third parties.
- Handling administrative tasks.
- Drafting property details.
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the team.
Full-time, five-day week including Saturdays.
