The perfect candidate will have previous experience is residential sales negotiation coupled with excellent communication skills, a personable nature and be a car owner.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include: 

• Experience as Sales Negotiator
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Epsom area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
