Qualifications
*1+ years of relevant experience in sales
*Understanding of laws and regulations
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Estate Agents skills:
- A thorough understanding of buying and selling of both residential and commercial properties;
- Current knowledge of the real estate industry trends and practices
- Communication and Customer Service skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements
- Capability of building successful relationships with clients; Ability to provide high-level customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
Sales and Lettings skills:
- Proven success in generating leads and converting them into sales;
- Experienced in lettings transactions and management
- Ability to identify opportunities for sales and close deals.
