As a Sales Negotiator, you will generate market appraisals, develop new business, and manage your portfolio of clients to meet or surpass agreed targets, collaborating with other CJ offices when necessary. I engage with potential buyers, sellers, and viewing staff, organising viewing appointments, market appraisals, and negotiating offers. You will actively manage applicants and communication, utilising databases like Reapit to keep applicant details current and capitalise on potential sales. You will cultivate strong relationships with vendors and applicants, gathering and conveying vendor feedback. Additionally, you will handle mail-outs and engage with potential purchasers at the outset of a property's marketing. You will contribute to the overall operation and profitability of the sales department and uphold Carter Jonas' esteemed reputation by delivering consistently exceptional service to clients.
Hours of Work: 8.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday and 9 am to 3 pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have proven property sales, excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills. You'll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software. Experience of the local area residential sales market is highly desirable.
