Sales Negotiator / Trainee

As a Sales Negotiator based in our client’s Sevenoaks branch, you will be given the full support to establish your career in this sector, and whilst no previous estate agency experience is necessary you will need to embrace the culture of `customer first` by living and breathing the company’s purpose and values, and by always goes above and beyond to deliver great customer experiences.

The company will provide a basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000 dependent on previous experience, plus initial on target earnings in the region of £28,000 to £40,000! A fuel allowance will be provided and there is parking available at the office.

You will only ever work a 5-day week that will include every other Saturday in the rota - when you work a Saturday you will get a full day back in lieu for this.
