Sales/ Office Administrator
Wolverhampton
Permanent Office Based
08.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday
Duties
- Order entry
- Supporting the sales team and liaising with a large customer base
- Job building based on orders being processed
- Place purchase orders with local suppliers following instruction against the order being processed
- Scan orders in the system, filing according to system structure
- Raise internal job cards, if required, against individual orders
- General housekeeping
- Any other administrative duties as required
- Being self-motivated, and willing to learn and develop further into this role.
- Full Training given
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill, on telephone, email and face to face.
- Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
