Our client based in Reading is seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join their expanding team.
Working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm
The right person would be prepared to work in a small and friendly office, have a happy and professional attitude. This role demands exceptional levels of customer service with the ability to give clear and concise information to their customers over the phone and email. Will need to have a can-do attitude.
You will need to drive the company vehicles occasionally and help at their trade show once a year, so a driving license is essential
Computer literate - Well organised and able to manage your own workload - Ability to multitask to a high standard and Excel and Word proficient
The role will include -
- Answering phone (shared) and directing as appropriate
- Sales Order Processing
- Entering supplier Invoices
- Preparing and posting brochures
- Filing
- Checking availability / lead times etc and confirming back to customers by phone and email
- Obtaining freight quotes for jobs
- General filing / posting / assistance with mail shots etc
- Ordering stationery and office consumables
- Being flexible and being able to turn a hand to anything required to assist in the smooth running of our small Sales Office
- Using Excel and word
- Packaging and posting out parts
