We are currently recruiting for a temporary Sales Office Administrator for a client based in Thatcham for the next 2-3 months whilst they recruit on permanent basis.
This is to start on the 4th March 2024.
Working Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00, based in the office.
They are a friendly, local, family run company which has been established in Thatcham for many years.
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a small friendly team. You will need to have a strong background in admin with good IT, communication, organisational and math’s skills. You will need to be flexible, reliable with an ability to prioritise tasks and work accurately even under pressure during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Sales order processing via telephone and online orders.
Sending quotations to customers.
Updating and processing purchase ledger invoices.
Collating credit card invoices and receipts.
Finalising daily loads and notifying customers.
Assist with review and updating of health and safety requirements.
Assisting with sales and deliveries in the yard.
Ad-hoc office duties as and when required.
