Sales Office Manager

Main Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales administration team.
* Ensure the smooth receipt and processing of customer orders inputting into the MRP system
* Processing of standard as well as bespoke orders.
* Check pricing on orders and ensure that any customer discounts are applied.
* Handle customer enquiries, resolve any issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with various departments including purchasing, planning and production to ensure the smooth flow of orders.
* Utilise Sage 200 and Excel to produce order plans and provide customers with lead times and expected delivery dates.
* Leading, developing and supporting members of the Sales Administration team.

Sales Office Manager

The Candidate

* Ideally 2 years plus of experience managing a Sales Office.
* Ideally you will have managed a Sales Office within a manufacturing environment.
* You will have good Excel skills.
* Experience of working with Sage 200 would be beneficial but other MRP systems will be considered.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to deal with financial information.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers.
