As a Sales Office Team Leader based in our National Sales Office in Basildon (SS14 3JS), you’ll be responsible for:
Managing and develop a team of 5 Project Coordinators
Build strong relationships internally and externally with customers and suppliers, providing excellent customer service at all times
Support the development of new sales opportunities and working with team to drive the sales strategy
Answering customer’s queries and questions, problem resolution via calls and emails
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Customer experience, retail or call centre background with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Team Leader experience is preferable or if not, ability to manage people
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Supportive and motivating individual, natural problem solver with enthusiastic nature
Ability to work in a high volume /fast paced environment
