Sales Office Team Leader

As a Sales Office Team Leader based in our National Sales Office in Basildon (SS14 3JS), you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and develop a team of 5 Project Coordinators

• Build strong relationships internally and externally with customers and suppliers, providing excellent customer service at all times

• Support the development of new sales opportunities and working with team to drive the sales strategy

• Answering customer's queries and questions, problem resolution via calls and emails

And here's what we'd like you to have:

• Customer experience, retail or call centre background with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

• Team Leader experience is preferable or if not, ability to manage people

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Supportive and motivating individual, natural problem solver with enthusiastic nature

• Ability to work in a high volume /fast paced environment
