About Us: We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee Moto Mine Projects, a subsidiary of 4th Dimension Innovation. This role is pivotal in managing the sale of category N motorcycles, exclusively supplied by 4th Dimension's claims function. As a crucial part of our business, Moto Mine Projects requires continuous improvement, development, and expansion to maximize profitability.
Role Overview:
- Develop and implement training programs, including anti-fraud, customer service, and sales training as needed.
- Complete general management duties related to staff, including one-to-ones, annual appraisals, and health & safety/compliance.
- Ensure robust ID checks are in place at the point of sale to mitigate potential fraud threats.
- Create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team to ensure an efficient sales process.
- Maintain impeccable customer service standards, aiming for positive feedback scores on platforms like eBay and Google.
- Collaborate with the 4th Dimension claims team to ensure Moto Mine receives suitable stock for sale.
- Collaborate with the 4th Dimension claims team and accounts to ensure correct purchasing of third-party salvage.
- Meet stock level targets and identify opportunities to increase stock value while reducing marketing costs.
- Establish upselling opportunities, including used warranties.
- Explore new stock acquisition avenues to increase departmental revenue.
- Work with senior management and accounts to manage the profit and loss (P&L) for this unit.
Skills Required:
- Sales and negotiation skills, preferably with experience in a dealership environment within the motor trade.
- Sales management experience.
- Exceptional customer relations skills, capable of resolving complex complaints.
- Ability to prioritize workload using sound commercial judgment.
- Moderate IT proficiency, with some experience using Microsoft suites.
