Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation and development of sales projects.
- Developing and implementing training, including anti-fraud, customer service and sales training where appropriate.
- Completion of general management duties for staff, including one-to-ones, annual appraisals and Health/Safety compliance.
- Ensuring the sales function is suited to mitigate against any threat of potential fraud.
- Creating and adhering to robust ID checks at point of sale.
- Creating clear and coherent SOPs and relevant KPIs for the team.
- Ensuring the department continuously offers strong customer service to all customers.
- Identifying areas of where you can increase value of stock, calculating spend vs reward.
Your Background & Skill:
- Proven experience within a similar Sales Operations’ role within the motor trade.
- Sales Management experience.
- Highly detailed and accurate in all working practices.
- Analytical with high attention to detail.
- Very well organised.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Competent with Microsoft office packages (word, excel etc).
- An understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
