Your new role:
- Processing all Sales Orders from start to finish.
- Advising customers if incorrect products ordered and rectifying this.
- Processing consumable orders.
- Organising delivery and installation of products for customers.
- Supporting service centre calls.
- Ensuring all documentation is received from customers.
- Providing regular updates to customers regarding order status.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong administration skills are ESSNETIAL.
- Previous Sales Order processing skills are desirable.
- You will be passionate about customer service.
- You MUST be able to work between 8am - 6pm (37.5hrs per week)
- You will have excellent attention to detail.
