The role: Sales Administrator
Location: NN3
Based in Northampton, our client, an award- winning business are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor to join their friendly and dynamic team.

THE ROLE
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and exhibit a committment to delivering customer satisfaction and success.
Your tasks will include:
- Setting up licences on our bespoke system for delivery via electronic download
- Processing Sales Orders through Microsoft Dynamics and SAGE
- Liaising with the support and sales teams to ensure customers requirements are processed correctly
- Managing customers expectations regarding the timely delivery of electronic downloads
- Dealing with inbound customer queries
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Previous order processing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail
- IT competent
- Good commercial, social and communication skills
- A motivated, quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Highly organised and dedicated to their work
This is an office based role. Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
