Based in Northampton, our client, an award- winning business are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor to join their friendly and dynamic team.

THE ROLE
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and exhibit a committment to delivering customer satisfaction and success.
Your tasks will include:
- Processing customer orders through Microsoft Dynamics and SAGE
- Checking colleague’s processed orders
- Liaising with sales team to ensure customers’ orders are processed correctly
- Contacting customers regarding queries on orders
- Dealing with customer queries
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Previous order processing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail
- IT competent
- Good commercial, social and communication skills
- A motivated, quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Highly organised and dedicated to their work
This is an office based role. Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
