Our client is seeking a Senior Order Processor to work in their Corby manufacturing site, this role reports to Administration Manager
Full time office based permanent role.
The Role
Organise and control the effective processing of customer orders to the highest standard.
Specific Responsibilities
1. To ensure the accurate, efficient and cost effective processing of orders.
2. To report the efficiency and accuracy of order processing.
3. To assist with the technical checking of orders prior to manufacture.
4. To ensure quick and efficient responses to all customer enquiries.
5. To assist the Administration and Technical Manager to check and order non-standard items
6. To assist the Administration and Technical Manager to check and order roofs and associated glazing.
7. To assist the Administration and Technical Manager with the Corby site customer complaints, ensuring that all are recorded by category and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
8. To ensure effective liaison with the Operations and Finance functions and throughout the Sales and Marketing department.
9. To ensure that all acknowledgements are sent out within 24 hours to 48 hours of receipt of a clean order.
10. To ensure that production paperwork is available five working days before despatch.
11. To assist with quotes, if necessary.
