Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and managing the end-to-end sales process
- Coordinating with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and installation of products on customer premises.
- Updating and maintaining order and logistics database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaising with the sales team to align on inventory levels, potential delays, or any other issues impacting customer orders.
- Handling customer inquiries related to their orders and providing updates on shipment statuses.
- Supporting the returns process, including recording returns, coordinating pick-ups, and ensuring prompt refunds or exchanges.
Experience
- Experience in a Sales Order processing or logistics coordination role, preferably within the sports technology or similar industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using order management and logistics software.
