Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Outreach professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for contacing prospective clients, presenting the business and benefits and setting up telephone appointments for the directors. You should be organised and able to work independently, and be familar with using a CRM system to work through leads, record outcomes and schedule meetings. The team will provide training on the systems and provide support wherever necessary. You should have a reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for making B2B calls.
Duties:
- Identify and reach out to potential business customers through phone calls
- Present, promote, and sell a B2B service to prospective clients
- Make sales call between the hours of 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri
- Set up future sales calls for the company directors
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales representative or similar role
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills)
- Experience using Fresh Sales or other CRM software is essential
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
