SalarySales Advisor to join my wonderful client based just outside Wymondham - Office based. You will need your own car due to their location.
Monday to Friday only 8am to 5pm, Salary £23,000 to £25,000 p.a. DOE.
Friendly busy office environment
Due to the location of my client you will need to have your own transport!
Duties will include:
- Taking incoming calls from existing customers
- Processing orders and payments on Sage 50 & Realex system (training given)
- Developing relationships with clients and up-selling where possible
- Dealing with Warranty issues and Technical Support (training given)
- Setting up new accounts
- Liaising with warehouse/dispatch etc.
- Attending trade shows etc when this is possible
- Ad hoc admin and support
- Ideally (not essential) ability to do physical work (setting up show stands, occasional help with inventory)
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience (preferably in a B2B environment), be computer literate and have a flexible, positive approach to work.
Previous experience in the automotive or other relevant sector would be an advantage
