SalaryMy client, an Estate Agency, are seeking a temporary Sales Progressor to join their team on an ongoing temp basis. They are based in the City of London.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Register client details
- Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, such as mortgage advisors/lenders, Solicitors, buyers, vendors, surveyors etc.
- Collate required documents to complete sale, such as identification, mortgage agreement, insurance policies etc.
- Manage the process to ensure a smooth completion of home sale
About you:
Demonstrable track record of success and experience as a Sales Progressor within an Estate Agency/Property company. You will also have excellent customer service and communication skills, enthusiasm for the Real Estate industry, and drive to work hard. As a Sales Progressor, you will be expected to be able to maintain client relationships, juggle multiple cases at one time, communicate with stakeholders effectively and in timely manner, and be knowledgeable about the Property Sales industry.
