£35,000 + bonus
Monday Friday - 9.00 6.00pm

An exciting new opportunity has arisen as a Sales Progressor within an extremely well-established luxury housing developer company. This is a one-off opportunity to work within an expanding and developing business.
This role will involve working within a fast-paced environment managing many customer enquiries and providing outstanding customer service!
Duties of this role include:
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to facilitate the progression of property sales
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Ensuring sales targets are met
- Managing timelines and deadline to ensure efficient and timely completions
- Collaborating with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous Estate Agent/Sales Progressor experience (Desirable)
- An understanding of the property sales process
- Strong at multitasking
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are necessary
- Ability to speak professionally to customers
