Location: Rickmansworth (office based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Our client is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months conveyancing experience either within property or similar industry. Knowledge of sales progression is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work with the sales team to provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Collaborate with sales consultants to follow up with clients, buyers, and solicitors through the sales process from offer to completion.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with clients to address queries, provide updates on purchase status, and offer assistance as needed.
• Record all sales progression information on CRM system.
• Work with the sales team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client information, sales documentation, and communication logs.
• Review all AML documentation to meet all required regulations and policies
• Ensure all sales checklists are completed
• Identify and escalate any issues or potential risks that may affect sales transaction progress, working with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
• Handle general office administration tasks and provide support to the Sales Director.
• Provide weekly report updates to the Sales Director on sales activities.
