Role: Sales Property Valuer
Salary: £25,000
Location: Barnsley (S75)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday)
Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do. They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Generating new and repeat business.
- Gaining new instructions for properties to market.
- Marketing properties to buyers.
- Upselling products such as mortgages and surveyors.
- Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions.
- Supporting the sales team with viewings and finalising sales.
- Carrying out follow up calls with clients.
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
The successful candidate:
- Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
- Experience as a valuer or an experienced sales negotiator who is ready to the next step in their career.
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Strong attention to detail
