Sales Representative

Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Worcester, Office-Based- must have a vehicle

Employment Type: Full-Time- 5 days a week, 2 weekends a month (days back in lieu)

Salary: 22,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE 35,000+

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell our products/services.
• Build strong customer relationships and maximize upselling opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven outbound sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
