We are working with an award-winning Plant Machinery Dealership based on the outskirts of Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a Group of businesses, the successful candidate will provide professional sales activities to maximise profit via sales of products, through sound industry and product knowledge and excellent relationship building.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- To actively identify new sales opportunities through prospective customers.
- To nurture existing clients, maintain solid relationships and maximise organic growth opportunities within the current client base.
- Making appointments to visit key potential buyers, maintaining accurate sales records of follow-up visits and current business situations
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through robust and consistent sales activities, working towards and achieving targets set.
- Provide and compile customer quotations and sales orders for the desired products.
- Deliver bespoke Sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients, to enhance sales revenue within your designated region.
- Develop an in depth understanding of the market within your sales region.
- Ensure thorough communication with the Office regarding daily schedules such as customer deliveries.
- Maintain and deliver weekly sales and activity reporting and KPI’s.
- Act as company representative and ambassador at all times, attending networking events/meetings and participating as required.
What we are looking for:
- Solid Sales/Account Management experience, preferably within Construction/Plant Hire industry.
- Customer centric approach.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong IT Skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sound knowledge of plant machinery and equipment
