Role: Appointment Setting Sales Representative
Location: Manchester
Salary: £20,820 - £25,480 per annum (experience dependant) +commission +performance bonus.
Work Type: Office-based / Permanent
Hours: 35hrs a week / Monday-Friday
Requirements: Minimum 1 year sales experience / Appointment Setting Sales Representative experience / Must be comfortable with outbound calling.

Appointment Setting Sales Representative Job Description:
We are delighted to be working with a growing Business Rate Reduction company looking to welcome an Appointment Setting Sales Representative into their Manchester office. The successful candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused individual with previous sales and appointment setting experience. Within this role, your primary responsibility will be to book appointments across the UK for the company's expert team of surveyors through prospecting SME’s. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to client success while developing your communication and sales skills.
Appointment Setting Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify Prospects: Identify potential clients via 100% outbound prospecting (cold calling).
- Appointment Scheduling: Engage with potential clients via phone calls to introduce Business Rate services and book appointments for consultations.
- Client Communication: Provide clear and concise information on company services, answer questions and address concerns to generate interest in rate reduction opportunities.
- Targets and Reporting: Meet weekly and monthly appointment booking targets and provide regular reports on your progress.
The successful Appointment Setting Sales Representative will have:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience.
- Appointment Setting Sales Representative experience.
- Confidence with outbound calling.
- Strong communication skills
- Great team-working abilities.
- Excellent initiative
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4)
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4)
