Role description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers through outbound activities and leveraging social networks to maximize sales opportunities.
Your main objective will be to generate leads, build relationships, close deals and drive revenue growth.
The Sales Representative is responsible for tracking their opportunities in the pipeline, keeping them up to date, accurately forecasting deal close dates and hitting sales targets.
The Sales Representative is the constant thread and escalation point for the account and fundamentally is the voice of the customer at ClearCourse Membership Services.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify and engage potential customers.
2. Qualify and follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects by effectively managing and nurturing relationships.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.
5. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products/services.
6. Actively listen to customer needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
