Description:
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Representative for our prestigious client based in the Stafford area.
This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties will include:-
- Contacting current and new customers via the telephone to inform them of products.
- Potentially also informing them about warranties and insurance.
- Answering any questions regarding the products and company.
- Discussing the customer requirements to understand their needs.
- Closing the sale.
- Updating computer system.
Requirements:-
- Excellent telephone manner.
- To be able to deal with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
- Be able to work in a team and on own.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Can do attitude.
£20,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn between £300 and £500+ per month in commission.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with one hours lunch. During busy periods, there may be a needed to work on a rotated basis on a Saturday (approx. one Saturday in four?.
Sales experience is essential but full product training will be given.
