Sales Representative

Having worked as a Sales Representative you will have experience in telephone sales and relationship building. The role will involve lead generation, sales and qualifying customer enquiries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services to potential customers and respective businesses and should have knowledge about various tools and platforms that are useful for marketing. Initially, a large proportion of your time will be spent cold calling and prospecting. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, then look no further.

What your role will involve:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling
• Present, promote, and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Making outbound calls, representing the company in a professional way
• Asking questions and collecting information and closing on opportunities
• Working individually and as part of a proactive sales team

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation
• Comfortable on the phone and cold calling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of sales processes and strategies
