Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Representative with a strong digital presence and an interest in developing their Social Media skills to drive sales efforts while amplifying their brand's online visibility. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can leverage their sales acumen and Social Media skills to expand their customer base and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:
   • Identify and target potential customers in the hospitality, restaurant, event, and retail industries.
   • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their supply needs are met.
   • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our products.
   • Respond to customer inquiries and provide pricing quotes promptly.

1. Social Media Management:
   • Create and manage engaging content across various Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
   • Build and maintain a Social Media content calendar to schedule regular posts.
   • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on Social Media platforms.
   • Implement strategies to grow our Social Media following and increase online engagement.

1. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
   • Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to improve our products and services.
   • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the foodservice or beverage industry.
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms and Social Media management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential customers is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
