£33,543 PA/£16.12 PH

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Supervisor to join a dynamic and successful team in Wednesbury. If you thrive within a fast-paced environment, have a passion for sales and enjoy leading a team then this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small team of sales professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.


• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, helping to develop skills and exceed business targets.


• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing a personalised sales experience.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors, making recommendations and implementing initiatives to stay ahead of the market.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and enhance the overall customer experience.


• Conduct regular performance appraisals, setting goals and providing feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or a similar role.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


• Knowledge of the latest sales techniques and best practises.


• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
