As Sales Support Specialist you'll play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and service.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll proactively engage with Distributors and Retail customers to enhance their experience and facilitate smooth business transactions.
Your contributions will directly impact sales efforts, streamline production processes, and elevate customer service experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all incoming inquiries via email, phone, or website.
- Assist the Sales team and Managing Director in responding to customer inquiries.
- Proactively assist customers in completing inquiry forms.
- Create and manage quotations using price matrices.
- Generate and provide Order Confirmations.
- Provide necessary information to the Finance Manager for new customer account setup.
- Coordinate resolution of product defects/delivery shortages raised by customers, including communication with internal teams and providing feedback to customers.
- Support the Shipping & Warehouse Manager with Commercial Invoices.
Production:
- Prepare production packs for order builds.
- Enter all orders into the central production planner.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to establish dispatch dates for Sales Acknowledgments.
- Ensure timely invoicing of customers prior to shipment in coordination with the Finance team.
